Sometimes life just feels like too much, and we don't know what to do.
Being human sucks sometimes. In fact, it can be really, really hard. Have you been:
consumed with worry about all.the.things
tense and on edge - even having trouble sleeping
lonely and disconnected
numb and checked out, feeling like everything is meh
struggling to build the friendships and relationships you want
overwhelmed with upsetting changes in your life
struggling to keep your head above water
Our therapists get it.
We want you to know you’re not alone, and we’re here for you. We’d love to help you move through these difficulties to get back to the life you want or to get there for the first time. It’s never too late.

We're so glad you're here!
We're a warm, caring, supportive, fun-loving group of therapists who are passionate about supporting our clients. As the director, I may be biased, but I also think we’re really nice people. We believe deeply in the inherent dignity of all people. Kindness is our ultimate focus, and we work from a lens of social justice and equity. While we can’t serve everyone and won’t be a fit for everyone, we strive to treat each person we encounter with kindness, dignity, and respect.
We know the very real struggles of being human. We recognize that the cultures and environments we live and work in can have a huge impact on our mental health and well-being. And, we believe there can be healing through support and community. We know that with tools and support, we can face our difficulties and come out on the other side, even stronger and more resilient.
