Therapist in Sacramento, CA
My Approach: Warm & empowering
As humans, we all face challenges that can quietly interfere with our daily routines, sense of identity, and overall well-being. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions can shape a person’s direction, and I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I work with. Therapy can be a turning point a space where insight leads to growth and where you can reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
You deserve a space where you feel empowered to explore the version of yourself you aspire to become. You also deserve to feel seen and heard in a safe, supportive environment. You are the expert in your own life, and my role as your therapist is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as you navigate your path.
I strive to create a culturally aware, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Clients often describe me as grounded, thoughtful, and direct in a compassionate way. I balance warmth with honesty, helping you explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while supporting you in building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I enjoy working with a diverse population and have experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults. I am dedicated to helping individuals move through suffering, develop resilience, and build fulfilling, connected lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity development, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
