My Approach: curiousity & connection
Sometimes the ways we've learned to protect ourselves become the very things that keep us from moving forward. You might notice the same patterns showing up in your relationships, find yourself overwhelmed by emotions you don't fully understand, or feel disconnected from the person you want to become. You want to feel more confident, find peace in your everyday life, and feel hopeful about the direction you're headed.
I've seen firsthand how healing it can be to feel truly seen and heard, and to have the support and tools to create meaningful change. My goal is to build a relationship that feels authentic and empowering. I want to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that bring you to therapy. I'm curious about your interests, your passions, and what makes you uniquely you. I bring warmth and compassion to our work and believe there's room for humor even in the difficult moments.
Together, we'll explore the different parts of yourself, deepen your understanding of what may be holding you back, and discover new ways of navigating life's challenges. I'll tailor our work to your needs, offering insight, practical tools, and support along the way. Whether we're working through something difficult or sitting with something painful, I'll meet you without judgment, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

More about me
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family, including my dog and my cat. I enjoy music, staying active, learning new things, painting my nails, and getting completely absorbed in my favorite fictional worlds, especially Ghibli, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and The Lord of the Rings.
