online therapy

These days most of us are familiar with Zoom meetings. Online therapy is no different. It works just like in-person therapy, except that you can meet with us from the comfort of your home or office or any other confidential place (as long as you're in the state of California--cuz that's where we’re licensed. :) ) 

Why do online therapy? (beside the pandemic reason)

  • You’re really busy and have limited time, but you're ready to invest in your personal growth.

  • You have young children at home and arranging for childcare is difficult, so it's much easier to put on their fav video while you take some time for yourself. 

  • You feel more comfortable in your own space, or you have limitations that make leaving your home challenging.

  • You live in another part of California, but you'd really like to work together. 

what do you need for an online session?

  • a private space—your bedroom, outside, or even in your car

  • an internet connection that is fast enough to stream video

  • a computer or device (phone, tablet) with a webcam

  • headphones are handy

  • tissues, a glass of water, and maybe a comfy blanket, your cuddly fur baby, or your fav slippers
