Thrive Therapy & Counseling provides high quality therapy to Highly Sensitive People and to kids, teens or adults struggling with anxiety, depression or self-esteem.

Individual or Family Therapy


We offer weekly or every other week therapy appointments at Thrive Therapy, depending on your unique needs. Typically, therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, although therapy can be extended in length or scheduled more frequently based on need and request. We specialize in working with depression, anxiety, highly sensitive people, and kids & teens in therapy. We also have training in a wide variety of areas— including trauma, substance abuse/addiction, identity development, life transitions, anger management and so much more! So, just contact us to chat if there's something else you'd like to work on. We'll let you know if we're a good fit for you, or we'll be happy to recommend other great therapists, if we're not!

online therapy

I love how technology is really opening up the ways to provide service and help to people! This is why we’re excited to offer online therapy as an option. It works much the same as in-person therapy, except that you can meet with us from the comfort of your home or office or anything other confidential place you are (as long as you're in the state of California--cuz that's where we’re licensed. :) ) 

Why do online therapy?

  • You’re really busy and have limited time, but you're ready to invest in your personal growth. It might be hard for you to commit to travel time + therapy, so needing to only block out one hour for yourself is much more doable.

  • You have an hour for lunch or a break in your workday, during which you'd like to talk through some issues.

  • You have young children at home and arranging for childcare to attend your own therapy is difficult (not to mention costly!), so it's much easier to put on their fav show while you take some time for yourself. 

  • You feel more comfortable in your own space, or you have limitations that make leaving your home challenging.

  • You live in another part of California, but you'd really like to work together. 

  • You travel for work frequently to other areas of California, but you'd like to continue sessions while you're away.
