Being a therapist is something I feel I was meant to do. I love having the opportunity to work with individuals who may find themselves struggling, and I feel honored to be a part of my clients journey while always focusing on what is important to them. I believe in meeting clients where they are and in supporting them in living the life they want.
If you decide that you want to work with me, you can feel confident that I will offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your struggles. I have been told that I am pretty easy to talk to and that can be helpful when just beginning your therapy journey. Often people have judgments about coming into therapy and may feel that they are very alone and stuck. Let me help show you that you are not alone, not stuck and support you with adding to your toolbox of coping skills.
I feel that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the therapy journey, and I look forward to being a part of yours. I’d love to talk with you today.
I love to work with:
Kids and teens
Individuals dealing with current or past trauma
Individuals struggling with anxiety, depression or low self-esteem
Individuals having relationship challenges
MY EDUCATION & experience

I've been a practicing as a therapist for 7 years, mostly in the Community Mental Health field and now in private practice. I have spent the last 5 years of my career working with teens, children and young adults because they are my passion.
